H&H Engineering

Meshek & Associates has more than three decades of experience helping communities meet water resource engineering needs. Our firm was founded to provide hydrologic and hydraulic engineering services to municipalities in Oklahoma and has grown to tackle the ever-changing challenges of the water resources industry.

We understand how cities operate and the processes needed to successfully plan, engineer, and implement a water resource management program. At Meshek, we take seriously the trust our clients place in us. We enjoy long-term partnerships with many of our municipal clients and we believe that a continued relationship is the highest praise we may receive.

Today’s modeling and GIS advances enable cost-effective study, mapping, and mitigation of the most complex of projects. FEMA’s Risk MAP program, combined with the State’s status as a Cooperating Technical Partner and our position as their Risk MAP contractor, have changed the way we prepare, view and communicate flood risks through floodplain mapping. Our work in this area has revolutionized the way we study, map, and mitigate flood risk.

Our H&H team specializes in:

  • Master drainage planning

  • Bridge and culvert hydraulics

  • Stormwater engineering

  • Storm sewer analysis and design

  • Steady and unsteady flow regimes

  • 1D and 2D hydraulic analyses

  • Overland floodplain analysis

  • Urban hydrology
