Planning & Grants

We understand the issues faced by modern communities and have unrivaled experience preparing FEMA approved hazard mitigation plan updates that are easily implemented and maintained. Our planning and grant management team has collectively compiled data for and written FEMA approved Hazard Mitigation Plans covering more than 100 jurisdictions in Oklahoma. Our team of a cross-section of Professional Engineers, Certified Floodplain Managers, GIS professionals, and licensed surveyors—all with the goal of reducing community hazard risks.

We have developed long-lasting, working relationships with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Oklahoma Emergency Management (OEM), and Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB). Since 2011, we have served as the State’s contractor for the implementation of FEMA’s Risk Mapping, Assessment, and Planning (Risk MAP) Program initiatives statewide. Through these efforts, we have gained valuable experience working with local, state, and federal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risk for many communities across Oklahoma.
